Welcome to LexClean.

LexClean is a cleaning company founded in 2020, run by a former Household Manager trained at one of the world's most prestigious butler academies. We serve commercial, move-out, and bespoke clients across the Bluegrass — Lexington and surrounding — with the same standard, the same checklist, and the same lead cleaner every visit.

Every engagement starts with a walkthrough. We don't quote spaces by photo and we don't rush the first visit. The walkthrough is how we earn the trust to enter your space.

    A detailed checklist tailored to your space — not a one-size template. Line-item transparency, fixed pricing, written agreement.

  3. 03 / Service
    Same lead, every visit.

    Same lead cleaner each visit for consistency and trust. Uniformed staff, after-hours availability, final walkthrough on every job.

  4. 04 / Review
    Quarterly review.

    A standing quarterly walkthrough with your account manager. Spaces change, priorities shift — the cleaning plan keeps pace.

01.03 / Getting a Quote

Two ways to start.

The fastest way to a quote is the online estimator — answer a handful of questions about your space and you'll see a price in under two minutes. For commercial accounts, bespoke work, or anything that doesn't fit the form, request a walkthrough directly.

02.02 / Move-Out

Move-out & turnover.

Turnover-grade cleans for realtors, property managers, and homeowners. Pre-listing or post-move-out — we finish on the timeline closing requires, with photo documentation if needed.

02.03 / Bespoke

Bespoke cleaning.

High-detail interiors, antiques, art collections, historic properties. Trained staff, slower pace, tailored protocols. For spaces that don't fit a cleaning template.

Bespoke engagements start with a consultation. We meet you on-site, review materials and protocols, and write a plan that reflects the space — not a checklist applied loosely.
03.01 / Standard Scope

What's always included.

The standard scope covers all common surfaces and high-touch points. Add-ons cover the things that aren't part of every visit but happen on a schedule.

  • Floors — vacuum, mop, edges
  • Surfaces — counters, tables, shelves, dust on horizontal surfaces
  • Bathrooms — toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, mirrors, floors
  • Kitchens / breakrooms — counters, sinks, exterior appliances, floors
  • Common areas — lobbies, hallways, entryways, conference rooms
  • Trash — emptied and replaced with liners you provide
03.02 / Deep Clean

Deep clean.

The deep clean covers everything in the standard scope plus the surfaces that don't need attention every visit. Recommended as the first visit on any new account.

  • Baseboards — wiped or vacuumed
  • Door frames, light switches, outlet covers
  • Inside cabinets and drawers (on request)
  • Detail vacuum — under furniture, edges
  • Bathroom grout and detail tile
  • Inside oven and refrigerator (or as separate add-ons)
03.03 / Bespoke (Spotless Services)

Bespoke (Spotless Services).

Inside fridge
Empty, wipe, and reorganize. ~$35 per visit.
Inside oven
Degrease and detail. ~$35 per visit.
Interior windows
Glass + sills. Pricing scales with count. From $60.
Baseboards
Wipe entire floor perimeter. ~$45.
Garage / dock area
Sweep, organize, surface dust. ~$75.
03.04 / Out of Scope

What we don't do.

A few things that aren't part of any LexClean engagement:

  • Exterior windows above ground level
  • Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning
  • Biohazard remediation
  • Pest control
  • Lawn care or exterior pressure washing
  • Heavy lifting or furniture moving beyond standard cleaning

If you need any of these, we'll happily refer you to a trusted partner.

04.01 / One-Time

One-time service.

For move-outs, post-construction, special occasions, or test runs. Priced at the standard rate without recurring discount. We recommend booking a deep clean for any first visit.

04.02 / Choosing a Cadence

Picking the right cadence.

For commercial accounts, start with a walkthrough — cadence depends on traffic, hours, and what surfaces accumulate fastest. Most office accounts land on weekly or bi-weekly; light-use spaces (secondary offices, low-traffic areas) work fine on monthly.

05.01 / FAQ — Pricing

Pricing questions.

Why is my walkthrough quote different from the online estimate?

The online estimator uses square footage and your service line. It can't see how cluttered a space is, what materials need special handling, or whether there are spots that consistently need extra time. The walkthrough quote accounts for all of that.

Do you charge per visit or per hour?

Per visit. Flat rate, set in advance, written into your agreement. No "we'll see how long it takes" surprises.

What's the cancellation fee?

None for >24 hours notice. 50% of visit cost for <24 hours. See the cancellation policy on the policies page for full terms.

05.02 / FAQ — Scheduling

Scheduling questions.

How quickly can you start?

Walkthroughs are scheduled within the same week of inquiry. First service is typically 1–2 weeks after walkthrough, depending on calendar.

Do you do same-day cleans?

For existing clients, sometimes — call us. For new clients, no — we don't quote without a walkthrough first.

Will I get the same cleaner every visit?

Same lead cleaner, yes. Support staff may rotate but the lead is consistent. Continuity is part of the service.

05.03 / FAQ — Staff & Trust

Staff and trust.

Are your staff insured and bonded?

Yes. All LexClean staff carry full insurance and bond coverage. Documentation available on request.

Are background checks run?

Yes, every staff member passes a background check before entering a client space.

Do you accept tips?

Tips are appreciated but never expected. Staff are paid a living wage that doesn't depend on gratuity.

05.04 / FAQ — Products & Supplies

Products and supplies.

Do you bring your own products?

Yes — full kit, every visit.

Can I request specific products?

Yes. If you have a preferred brand or formulation (sensitive to fragrance, specific surface care, etc.), let us know during the walkthrough and we'll accommodate.

What about supplies — paper towels, trash bags, soap?

You provide consumables that live in the space. We bring everything we use.

06.01 / Satisfaction Guarantee

Satisfaction guarantee.

If something is missed or not done to standard, tell us within 24 hours of the visit. We'll come back and make it right at no charge. The guarantee covers the standard scope and any add-ons selected for that visit.
