Yana Sakariniena

Director of Residential Services

Hi, I'm Yana from Ukraine. Before moving to the U.S. in 2024, I lived and studied in Kyiv, where I earned my degree in Practical Psychology and Counseling.

People sometimes ask how a psychology graduate ended up in cleaning. My answer is simple: I've always loved bringing order to chaos. Whether it's thoughts, emotions, or a room that looks like it lost a fight with laundry, I genuinely enjoy creating structure.

Cleaning gives me something I value every day: movement, visible results, and the opportunity to create spaces that feel organized, peaceful, and easy to live in. I believe our surroundings influence the way we think, feel, and function. When a home is in order, it's often easier to focus, recharge, and take on everything else life throws at us.

Home should be a place that gives us energy — not another item on the to-do list. If I can help create a space that feels calm, welcoming, and allows someone to spend less time worrying about dust and dirty dishes and more time enjoying their life, then I've done my job well.

Ask me anything

Q: What's the most underrated movie everyone should watch?
A: Meet Joe Black.

Q: Best lunch spot you've discovered while out on a job?
A: Honestly? My car. Five stars, no waiting list, and the view changes every day.

Q: What song do you crank up between site visits?
A: Dexter and The Moonrocks — Freakin' Out.
